1. Mandated Products & Services

1.1 Exchange Eligibility

• Product exchange is allowed for these categories.
• You can request an exchange within 5 working days from the date of receipt.

1.2 How to Request an Exchange

• Contact our customer service team and raise a product exchange request.
• Requests placed after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed.

1.3 Exchange Charges

• A nominal 130 per order exchange charge will be applicable.
• This fee covers:
  • Pickup of the product from your location
  • Delivery of the replacement product

1.4 Product Condition Requirements

• Products must be unused.
• All tags, labels, and original boxes must be intact.
• Exchange cannot be processed if the above conditions are not met.

2. Other Products & Services

2.1 Exchange Eligibility

• Product exchange is allowed for these categories as well.
• You must place the exchange request within 5 working days of receiving the product.

2.2 How to Request an Exchange

• Contact our customer support team to raise your exchange request.
• Exchange requests after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2.3 Exchange Charges

• A nominal 130 per order is charged to:
  • Pick up the product
  • Deliver the replacement item

2.4 Product Condition Requirements

• Products should be unused.
• Product tags and boxes must remain intact.
• If any of these conditions are not satisfied, the exchange request will be declined.
