Only replacements covered under product warranty terms and conditions will be considered.

You can request a replacement within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
Contact our customer service team to raise a replacement request.
Requests made after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed.
A nominal ?200 per order will be charged.
This fee includes:
Pickup of the product from your location
Delivery of the replacement product
Products must be unused.
All tags, labels, and original boxes must be intact.
Replacement cannot be processed if any of these conditions are not met.
Replacement conditions may vary from seller to seller on the marketplace.
